I am a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and coach. I work from a relational integrative approach, drawing on a framework of humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment and systemic ideas. I integrate aspects of somatic, creative and ecotherapeutic practices, therapeutic coaching, or solution focussed therapy to meet your unique needs and preferences.
I am trauma informed, and I have 15+ years’ experience of therapeutic coaching and somatic work. My varied life experience includes time living in New York, Italy and India, and working in corporate and creative environments - legal, advertising and PR, the music business - as well as NHS cancer services and in alternative education.
