I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, young people, adults, and families across the NHS, Social Services, schools, and private practice. I provide evidence-based psychological interventions for a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, and emotional or behavioural challenges. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrates person centred and solution focused techniques to tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I am particularly passionate about trauma-informed care with a strong interest in how early life experiences shape subsequent emotional development and perspective. My aim is to create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment where you or your child can feel seen, heard, understood and psychologically secure.
