Hello, My name is Heidi. I live in Lower Earley Reading Berkshire. I am an Integrative Therapist, this means that I get to practice different models to my clients such as PCT, CBT, TA, GT, HA, Imago therapy and more. In my practice, no size fits all. this means that using different modalities is the key to a good rapport and meet your presenting needs !
Sometimes when we have gone through a negative situation whether internal or external that has affected us in many levels of our lives in long period of time, we tend to identify ourselves with the situation.
