Neurodivergent Creativity for Wellbeing Group

A welcoming space for creative exploration and connection. Join a small, supportive group of 5 to 8 members. Explore guided creative activities using a variety of mediums, including paints, chalk pastels, oil pastels, pencils, stickers, fabrics, and crafts. Engage in one-to-one and small group discussions with prompts to reflect on and share your experiences. Facilitated by a late-diagnosed neurodivergent creative. All activities and discussions are invitational, allowing you to participate at your own comfort level. Introductory session: £30 on 13th July. 6-session group: £300 (installments available) starting on 7th September until 16th November 2025.
