I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space where clients can explore what is happening for them at their own pace.
Through counselling, I help you feel heard, valued and understood, supporting you to develop self-compassion, insight and resilience. Alongside this, my coaching work provides a more structured, goal-focused space for clients who want support in clarifying direction and taking purposeful steps forward.
