Only you know what you are experiencing and have experienced making you the experts of your own life. I am a facilitator, offering the space to enable healing, growth and change. The therapeutic relationship stands above all else. My place in the therapy room is to help you discover the answers and a way forward that best suits you.
I have 12 years experience working as a Person-Centred therapist both with adults and young people. I have continued to develop my practice to include Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Walk, Talk & Eco Therapy, Focusing- Oriented Therapy and various Creative Therapies.
