Hi, I’m Heather and I’m a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor offering telephone or online counselling nationwide.

I work in a Person-Centred way, which means that our sessions would be centred around you and what you would like to work on. I work non-directively, non-judgementally and congruently. My main focus is to make sure that you feel part of a safe, supportive and trustworthy working relationship where you feel heard and understood.
I offer telephone counselling or online counselling to any adult across the UK. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me by email or phone.
