We also know that through having a balanced view of ourselves, we can feel better equipped to cope with difficult emotional and psychological experiences and make positive connections with others. In our sessions, we will have the chance to explore whatever is troubling you to help you identify and confront such issues and feel more confident about yourself.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on aspects of psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to help me to find the most fruitful way of working with you. Working with children, through metaphor and play therapy, my aim is to enable children to understand and more effectively manage their emotions and behaviour, to find their voice and tell their story.
Together, we will explore difficult, often challenging, emotional and psychological issues to help you to make changes in your life and grow towards a renewed sense of self-esteem and wellbeing. I will work with you to identify patterns of behaviour which are preventing you from realising your true potential and living a fulfilled life.
