I work both in-person and online where we can safely explore any issues that you may have in confidence. I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from counselling, provided they have a good connection with their counsellor. That is why the relationship is at the heart of my work.
I work with a wide range of people, I am passionate about working with those who identify as LGBTQ+ and those who may be questioning their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Being queer myself, I have a deep understanding of the different struggles and discrimination we face day to day. I am also kink, poly/open relationship friendly.
I trained as an integrative counsellor covering Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Jungian Therapy. Using these theories I can tailor my approach to fit with what works for you. I also use creativity for those who find it difficult to find or voice their emotions. I mostly work long term/open-ended, so there isn't a limit on the amount of sessions we could have.
