Hi, I am a psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, offering counselling to support change; including effective treatment for trauma and phobias. I work face to face & offer walk & talk therapy and online & telephone counselling. I work predominantly with adults, older adolescents and couples, who have faced significant life challenges including trauma, bereavement, relationship issues, domestic abuse, anxiety and depression and substance addiction. I offer a respectful, warm and empathetic therapeutic approach within a safe, neutral space, to help you to work through issues you may have in a supportive environment at your pace.
My therapeutic approach is integrative; we will work in the best way to meet your needs. I will not tell you what to do or offer unsolicited advice; my job is to help you explore and discover your feelings and motivation for your future. For the effective treatment of Trauma and Phobias, I use the Rewind Technique. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor.
I am a relaxed individual, who will not be phased by whatever you share with me. I will walk alongside & support your journey to a place of understanding and confidence with the decisions you make for your future. Our therapeutic relationship will be based on mutual respect, in the knowledge that it is the relationship between us that makes the difference.
