I have resumed face to face Sessions with clients. I can also continue to offer telephone or online video counselling.
About
The most important thing to me is that clients feel heard, respected and safe to discuss the issues that have brought them to counselling. I can offer clients both short or long term counselling. I qualified in 2000 and have been working as a counsellor on a continual basis since then. I also offer clinical Supervision for both counsellors and other care providers. I offer both one to one and couples therapy (Relate NI Trained) . I have my own private practice and premises that are fully accessible including free parking. I am available 9.30 - 7pm Monday - Thursday
I have worked within the community sector for over 30 years and have in depth experience with a wide range of client issues that impact on their daily lives. These might be relationships issues, self esteem or confidence or perhaps event specific such as loss or coping with sudden change.
I also have extensive experience within the Employee Assistance Program sector, which is Brief Solution Focussed, where clients attend for an extremely wide variety of issues such as stress, anxiety, conflict management, relationship issues, life stage, life change, loss of confidence and self worth, and at times a combination of some or all of these.
