Are you going through a difficult and overwhelming time in your life right now? Are you experiencing a painful loss, or are you going through a difficult time adjusting to change? During these times, it is helpful to talk to someone who is really listening, who can come alongside you, help you to make sense of what you're feeling, and help you to find your way through. I work with young people (16+) and adults.
My specialism lies in the areas of bereavement, loss and life's transitions. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can give voice to your feelings, work through what has happened, and find ways to move forward. I also offer Christian counselling.
I understand that it can feel daunting to start therapy. My aim is to meet you exactly where you are and we will work at your pace. This is your space; my role is to come alongside you, to help you to make sense of things, and to support you to find your way through this painful time.
