I have extensive experience in working with individuals at various stages of their life from students to retirees.
I am an Integrative Counsellor including EMDR offering programmes of support as well as Single Session Therapy. Appointments can be in-person or remotely via secure video or audio link.
With an enhanced DBS check, I am an experienced professional counsellor working with adults. I have a diverse client base from university students, Occupational Health clients as well as private practice. I adapt my skills to support each client to help them reach their goals from the counselling experience.
