I offer a safe and supportive space to work through a variety of challenging situations. I am a Jungian Analyst. My approach to psychotherapy is based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung. In practice, this means that there is an emphasis on the individual and on wholeness, and where possible, I work with dreams.
Reasons for seeking therapy are as unique as the individuals themselves, but I am especially interested in working through stages of life involving great change. Sometimes, this can be preceded by a period of stasis, or feelings of restlessness. Making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult, but it can be very rewarding.
the most important aspect of the work is the creation of a non-judgemental and compassionate listening environment where life issues can be explored. Piecing together a cohesive narrative in an environment without judgement helps to navigate life's difficult situations and to find a way forward that promotes healing and growth.
