Heart Therapy NI provides a safe, compassionate therapy space for individuals of all ages and abilities. We specialise in creative and specialist psychotherapy, moving beyond "one-size-fits-all" therapy to meet our clients exactly where they are. Our team of highly skilled psychotherapists are dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges and issues including trauma recovery, relationships, anxiety/overwhelm and parent/carer stress. We provide private Creative and Specialist Psychotherapies in Belfast and across Northern Ireland. Our services include art therapy, play therapy, dramatherapy, trauma-focused therapy, counselling, psychotherapy and single-session therapy. We provide some of our services online also.
