I have extensive experience working with bereavement, anxiety, depression, abuse, challenges related to health, relationships and employment. During the day I am a school based therapist working with children and young people from ages five to eighteen. My varied experience allows me to offer a tailored service, meeting individual needs.
I will endeavour to provide a warm and safe environment to understand your thoughts and feelings, your inner world. Helping you to understand 'You' as an individual. With your partnership, I will strive to help you in your growth and progress in life.
