You may need help to cope with a crisis or relationship issue or you may be struggling with depression, anxiety or a lack of confidence. I am a Psychotherapist and Sex & Relationship Therapist. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Accred) and a registered member of The College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (RegCOSRT). I am also neurodivergent practice informed and I work with many individuals and relationships to support people, with ADHD, AuDHD, ADD, Autism, dyslexia or who identify as neurodivergent.
I offer non-judgemental support to individuals, couples and relationships. I understand how difficult it can be to talk about sex and relationship issues. I can help you explore and understand these difficulties. I also have 20 years experience in working with individual and families affected by addiction.
