The core of Therapy is person centered counselling combining other modalities : Cbt, Cfd,Compassionate Inquiry, Islamic counselling and physchotherapy and have done lots of training with Trauma. I believe Trauma is behind allot of Issues we have and until we explore in the body we carry on feeling the same and more confused in body and mind as time goes by .
Therapy can be daunting and scary at times but once you start and feel the compassion and understanding from your Therapist and start to see and feel the benefits the journey can be one of empowerment and strength for yourself building a new and better you. Each Individual is unique and worthy of knowing self.
