My name is Tina i offer a safe space for you to explore your deepest thoughts and feelings. A non judgemental and caring enviroment. Through our journey together we can build on trust and understanding and experience a wonderful therapeutic relationship. Counselling can be a very beautiful and empowering experiance for you and myself. Im very passionate about my job and feel very privileged to be in this position. I would love to hear from you, dont be shy once you take this first step you will wonder why you didnt earlier.
I offer a person centered counselling and also CBT therapy. I can also offer an Islamic counselling and physchotherapy perspective and currently studying a counselling for depression model. I mix all the models together with more knowledge that i have to tailor to each individual. Each person is unique and worthy of knowing yourself more clearer.
Therapy can be daunting and scary at times but once you start and feel the compassion and understanding from your therapist and start to see and feel the benefits the journey can be one of empowerment and strength for yourself building a new and better you. Sometimes clients may only need 1 session you will be amazed at the results.
