Voicing thoughts and feelings can validate them, whereas ignoring them might seem easier but eventually becomes overwhelming. This is precisely where counselling can offer a much-needed outlet for these pent-up emotions.
Understanding the complexities of mental health is a journey I know well from my own experiences. It inspired me to give back and support others as I was supported. My personal journey enhances my ability to connect with others on a deeper level. Each person has a distinct story, and my role is to provide them with the guidance and support they need.
