We may want to make changes in our lives or cope with unexpected and/or unwanted situations. At times like this talking to an appropriately qualified and experienced professional can help. Someone who can support you in making decisions and/or changes, and who can help you to explore your situation.
Whether it is counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy or coaching you are looking for I can help. I offer sessions face to face in central Norwich on Fridays and online via zoom. I also offer mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and stress reduction.
