Therapy should drive meaningful change, not just occupy time. I work alongside my clients to identify reactions from their Parent and Child ego states, fostering awareness of past influences on current behaviour. The Therapy room is not just a location for symptom management, my focus is on the genesis of these unwanted thought processes. I work alongside my clients to allow them to understand why they developed these ways of thinking and how they once served them and crucially, no longer do. Our aim is to allow you to operate from your Adult ego state, accepting reality for what it is in the here and now.
I'm a Jungian Therapist, trained n Transactional Analysis. I use elements of Gestalt and Pyschosynthesis. Some of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed with emotions, have unresolved past experiences, or uncertainty about their direction. They may struggle with anxiety, stress, low mood, or relationship challenges, or be navigating identity or childhood trauma.
