I have worked in the NHS for 24 years as a Therapist working in Primary Care. This means I deal with Patients who have common mental health problems such as Depression, Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Childhood Trauma and Abuse, Adult Trauma and Domestic Violence and Abuse.
