Therapy can help us to get to know ourselves better, what our needs are and how we can have our own and others’ met with more clarity and compassion. I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can help you to identify changes that could be made, and help you to accept and move on from certain situations or emotional states. I will work with you towards greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and the freedom to choose the way you want to live your life.

I offer regular weekly sessions on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period (minimum of 6 sessions for short-term work). We focus on the here-and-now, working in collaboration, at your pace, and where your interest lies. This can help you to see more clearly what your situation is, how you are a part of it, and find new ways to face the difficulty.

Coming to therapy can be the first step towards change and growth. It can also feel risky and provoke anxiety. I hope to reassure you, whether exploring this for the first time, or whether you have seen a therapist in the past, that it can be a supportive and nourishing experience. Please get in touch to arrange a call to discuss any questions you have.
