Hi I'm Hazel, I am a person-centred counsellor working with abuse, relationship issues, trauma anxiety and low self esteem, I have also have had experience working with addiction and bereavement. I offer a private and comfortable place for you to talk about your problems and discuss goals you have. By unravelling your story and emotions you can move forward with understanding and strength.
I am a fully qualified experienced BACP registered counsellor. I have had extensive experience working with childhood trauma, abuse and relationship issues. I use an integrative style of counselling meaning I can tailor my approach to suit each person. I work creatively which can help people who find it difficult to express how they feel
20yrs ago I experienced a life changing trauma, with professional help I was able to work my way through it. This spurred me on to retrain as a counsellor because I felt my personal experience made me want to help others and I feel ideally suited to do this.
