Hi I'm Hazel, I am a person-centred counsellor working with abuse, relationship issues, trauma and anxiety. I offer a private and comfortable place for you to talk about your problems. I do understand beginning counselling can be daunting so my goal is to make you feel at ease. Counselling offers support through difficult times in life, unravelling and resolving complicated feelings enabling you to move forward to make changes to improve your life and grow.
I am a fully qualified experienced BACP registered counsellor. I have had extensive experience working with childhood trauma, abuse and relationship issues. I use an integrative style of counselling meaning I can tailor my approach to suit each person. I work creatively which can help people who find it difficult to express how they feel
It is important to feel comfortable with your counsellor so I do offer a free introductory phone call to ask any questions you may have. You then can take time to consider then decide if I am the right counsellor for you. If I am then call/email to arrange your first session. I work face to face and also remotely as I know how busy life can be.
