Is undealt anxiety spoiling your daily life? My role as a therapist is to help you understand yourself better. In the sessions, I create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental setting in which you may explore and freely express your current and past difficulties that may be causing feelings of ‘stuck-ness’ or difficulty to move forward in your life.
I integrate Transactional Analysis with Neuroscience, EMDR, and Psychoeducation to address a wide range of issues clients present. I often work with the body to release trauma. I am a fully accredited Psychotherapist by the (UKCP) and MBACP(Accred) who abides by their Code of Ethics. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, both in person and online.
My interest in trauma work developed whilst working with children of all ages and backgrounds in the past 13 years. Observing how unresolved transgenerational, developmental and racial trauma, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) shape the development of personalities in children and in adults led me to speciality training and education in this field.
