Hi I’m Hayley, a registered MBACP Integrative Counsellor BSc (Hons). Being Integrative means I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Sleep-Focused and Existential approaches. Together, we’ll create a personalised therapeutic experience that supports your goals, wellbeing and personal growth. I offer counselling in person in Broxbourne, as well as online and by telephone.
