In my work I am for people to gain a greater understanding of who they really are. Whilst enabling them to explore their feelings, circumstances and relationships. The goal of our work together is to challenge any destructive patterns or behaviours and work towards positive active change. In the end this enables people to live a more fulfilling and calmer life.
Both myself and my dynamic team really help people when they are having a difficult time, and need some support. We offer a confidential and safe space without judgement, with someone that will attentively listen and be there for you. We give you the chance to take care of yourself and work openly through what you are feeling.
Making the decision to start counselling is both daunting and frightening. People often feel nervous and don’t know what to expect. I always take the time to put people at ease on the phone first.
