Explore the different parts that exist within you and assimilate them.
Spend time identifying any blocks that might be getting in the way of you doing what you want.
Notice bodily sensations and explore what your body may be communicating.
Revisit past experiences to process and be held.
Identify patterns, why they exist and where they come from.
My approach is integrative and holistic - I believe in working with the whole person: the mental, physical, spiritual and social as these all interplay and affect each other. I see therapy as a space for self-understanding, empowerment, and growth.
There is collaboration at the heart of every session and an individualised approach based on your needs.
