As well as supporting clients going through common life problems, such as anxiety, depression or relationship issues, I have experience of working with individuals who have lived through narcissistic abuse, and want to work through the impact that has had on them. I have experience of working with parents, including those of children who have special needs or a disability (SEND). I am a trained breastfeeding/NGT supporter. I also specialise in narcissistic abuse. I worked as a teacher and in the charity sector for many years, and am a fully-trained Samaritans listening volunteer.

I use integrative talk therapy. In your first session we will talk about your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy. The sessions are yours to bring what you wish. Together we will explore your feelings, behaviour patterns and ways in which you might feel stuck. We will regularly review your progress and any new aims.
