I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in both the NHS and private sector. I offer psychological interventions for people with complex mental health difficulties, drawing from a range of therapeutic theories and models, in particular EMDR, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and attachment theory. I am an accredited EMDR therapist with further trainings in Attachment-Informed EMDR and EMDR + IFS (Internal Family Systems). The clients I work with often benefit from a range of these models integrated within the therapy.
My specialist area of interest and skill set is working with people who have experienced trauma, which is at the centre of both my NHS and private work. I offer online private therapy to adults and teenagers (17+).
Developing trust and safety within our therapeutic relationship is at the core of my work and from there we will work together towards your goals for therapy. I understand it can feel daunting to come to therapy and aim to support my clients to feel as comfortable as possible.
