I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches from a number of different counselling modalities to tailor an approach that suits your specific individual needs. I provide a non-judgmental, safe space that allows you to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
I can support you with navigating your way through grief and loss, ill health, anxiety and depression and many other issues. Therapy is a unique experience for each person and by incorporating different styles of counselling allows each individual to get the right tools and support for them.
Coming to therapy for the first time can be scary and you can feel nervous. You may not even be sure what you want to explore. It's ok, I felt the same the first time I went.
