I'm Hayley I am a Post graduate trained therapist and an accredited member of the BACP. I haved lived experience of neurodivergence and trauma. I am an AXA, aviva and vitality affiliated online psychotherapist. Within the rush of modern daily life our emotional health is often neglected and this can begin to impact on our wellbeing. I want to provide you with a safe, private space to explore your emotions and experiences, to find meaning in them and encourage a compassionate way of being towards yourself. I personally know what it is like to have therapy and to hold the hope of feeling better. I also remember how scary it can feel to make the first step in asking for support. :)
