Hello,
I haved lived and professional experience of neurodivergence and trauma.
I'd like to gently offer you the opportunity to share your story with me.
I believe healing happens when stories are told in safe places.
Within the rush of modern daily life our emotional health is often neglected and this can begin to impact on our wellbeing. I would like to offer you a safe space to sit and talk through whatever may be weighing heavy on your shoulders.
I can help with, Anxiety,Depression,Trauma,ADHD,Autism,Low self-esteem,Family,Low self-confidence, romantic and peer relationships.
I am also an angelic reiki practitioner.
I want to provide you with a safe, private space to explore your emotions and experiences, to find meaning in them and encourage a compassionate way of being towards yourself. I personally know what it is like to have therapy and to hold the hope of feeling better. I also remember how scary it can feel to make the first step in asking for support. :)
