As a qualified therapist, I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Systemic Counselling from The Family Institute (University of South Wales). I am a systemically trained counsellor,’ Systemic' therapy really means 'relational' as it emphasises the fact that people live in a world with others, not just inside their heads or bodies. I work with relationships, looking at patterns, communication, and desired changes. My main approach is person-centred therapy, although I will often use other therapeutic approaches and techniques that I believe will work well with my client.
I am offering both online sessions and face to face .
My professional training and first-hand experience allow me to offer a non-judgemental and safe environment, sensitive and intuitive insight, and the therapeutic skills that will help you move forward in your life.
