I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties and significant life changes.
Many arrive feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves, or tired of carrying things alone. Others have spent years pushing through, looking after everyone else, or appearing fine on the outside while struggling underneath.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and reconnect with yourself in a more compassionate and sustainable way.
I offer integrative therapy, drawing on person-centred counselling, parts-based and IFS-informed work, somatic approaches and breathwork.
I adapt therapy to the individual, helping people better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical responses.
