Hello and welcome to my page! I do hope you enjoy reading about my approach to therapy. I am very passionate about the work that I do and I believe everyone has the right to a peaceful and fulfilling life. Is this possible?.. I am qualified in the rewind technique which is proven to have good results with individuals suffering with these distresses. In addition, I work with whats going on under these symptoms.. What may need to be felt and released? what is it trying to tell you? I want to help you to listen when your voice is becoming harder to hear over the noise.
Life is hard and we are human. Sometimes we need a connection to help us figure out and process hurtful things so we can breathe easier.
