Sometimes life throws us curveballs that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed and lost. Counselling can provide you a safe space to work through these events and emotions and help you to find yourself again. Sometimes we know exactly what is causing these negative impacts on us and other times we cannot quite put our finger on it, either way, if you chose to enter into counselling we can work together to help you to work through it and move forward to a more positive future.
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor based in HU1 and I currently have availability for in-person counselling on Monday's and Wednesday's where I can provide you with an empathic and non-judgemental space. I believe that you are your own expert, therefore I will not guide or advise you but I will walk alongside whilst you strive for a positive and happy future.
Entering counselling can initially feel daunting. Together we can build solid foundations for a trusting relationship in which you feel able to be vulnerable with yourself to find the answers that you are searching for.
