Are you grappling with difficult emotions? Struggling with anxiety, depression or stress? During our time together, we will look at what is troubling you in the present moment, whilst revisiting your past to gain an understanding how your previous life experiences could be impacting your present day struggles. We can explore what may be blocking you from making the changes you desire, such as trauma, limiting beliefs etc and look at ways forward.
My aim is to create a strong therapeutic relationship where your healing work can take place. This means I am empathic, unconditionally supportive and authentic during our sessions.
