I’m Hayley, a person-centred counsellor providing a safe and accepting space for adults to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or low, I’m here to support you at your pace. Together, we can create a space where you feel heard, understood, and able to move forward, trusting in yourself.
I bring both professional training and personal experience to my work, with deep empathy for neurodivergent individuals and their families. I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate diagnoses and school systems, as well as advocate for the support you need.
Having personally experienced the realities of being a young parent to a disabled child, I also know how isolating these challenges can feel. That’s why I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Person-centred therapy is about being heard, understood, and accepted just as you are; without pressure or judgment, only support.
Please feel free to reach out by text, email, or call during my office hours.
