Hello, I’m Hayley, a person-centred counsellor (MA, MBACP) offering online and in-person sessions for adults in Stockport, Heaton Moor and surrounding areas.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or low, I’m here to offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore whatever’s going on, at your own pace. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, or burnout, I aim to build a safe, trusting relationship where you feel heard, accepted and are able to be yourself.
I have specialist experience supporting neurodivergent clients and carers of disabled or autistic young people. As a parent carer myself, I understand first-hand how isolating it can be to navigate diagnoses, education systems, and a lack of support. This insight helps me offer compassionate, non-clinical support that meets you where you are.
Person-centred therapy is about being heard, understood, and accepted just as you are; without pressure or judgment, only support.
Please feel free to reach out by text, email, or call during my office hours.
