Within our sessions, it is an opportunity for you to explore the issues you are facing; to feel heard, seen and understood without fear of criticism. Together, we can strengthen your self-belief, helping you feel empowered and confident in the choices that support your growth.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central for healing and I work with clients collaboratively, to tailor the approach to your needs drawing upon several modalities of counselling. Within the relationship, my role is to support you to understand and manage difficult feelings and life experiences, whether they be from the past or in your current life.
