Hello, I'm Hayley. I am a fully qualified, professional counsellor and psychotherapist who is deeply invested in the work that I undertake with my clients. You may be going through a time in your life where you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or stressed and feel that you could benefit from counselling. You don't have to go through this alone, I can help. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment where issues can be explored. Together we can work though what it is that is troubling you with a view to enhancing self-awareness, personal strength and resilience.
I work with both individuals and couples. I hold a Masters Degree in Relational Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University. I have extensive experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
My experience ranges from working with ex-offenders and the disenfranchised to specialist bereavement settings, trauma, addiction, work stress, depression and anxiety, as well as work with couples. I have worked in acute psychiatric services and have gained a wide range of experience working in addiction services at a private psychiatric hospital.
