I am a trauma-informed, integrative counsellor specialising in eating disorders. I offer compassionate therapy using talking therapy alongside play and creative approaches, where helpful. I also support anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, OCD, and relationship difficulties, adapting sessions to your individual needs.
