Hello! I work with people from all walks of life, including individuals and couples. As humans we are incredibly complex, each carrying our own unique stories, anger, sadness, loss and pain. If you are experiencing imbalance in your life, self-sabotaging behaviors, not feeling ‘good enough’ or ‘triggers’ from past experiences, such as abuse (physical, emotional, sexual or religious), I can support you in an authentic way. In a compassionate holding, you will feel seen, heard and validated. Any negative beliefs and stuck emotions can be explored to support you in finding freedom and living a more fulfilled and peaceful life.
I have a special interest in child attachment, trauma and PTSD and it’s affects on our brain and nervous system. With curiosity, I invite you to bring all ‘parts’ of you, including those ‘parts’ that may feel shame, embarrassment, anger or fear. My approach to therapy is client led, using an Holistic integrative approach, tailored to meet your unique needs.
