Do you sometimes feel alone, with no one to lean on for support? Do you feel overwhelmed by difficult or challenging life events and want help to feel like yourself again? Counselling can help you explore, process and understand your situation, identify helpful techniques or coping strategies, and set and work towards personal goals. I provide support for a wide range of physical and emotional difficulties - no issue is too big or too small to benefit from counselling/therapy. I have specialist experience in supporting people living with chronic/long-term health conditions, and those who are bereaved or preparing for a bereavement.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure that each clients’ individual experience, needs and goals are at the heart of each session. I support clients to achieve greater understanding, increased clarity, reduced distress, and fulfilment of their highest potential.
