In a world filled with noise and distractions constantly vying for our attention, it can often feel as though no one is listening. Maybe there are factors or issues affecting your mental health, or you are now ready to make the change you know you need or want. Being truly heard will help you to gain a better understanding of what’s causing these challenges - working creatively in a collaborative way, I can help you gain an insight into the difficulties you are facing with life and relationships, help you understand why you act or react to stressors in the way you do, and enable you to embrace the varied stages of change and growth.
My practice is based on the principles of spirituality and authenticity. I am also a creative and intuitive counsellor and aim to help you make a positive developmental change in your life. I do so by working in alliance with you within a non-judgemental, safe, reparative, and respectful therapeutic relationship, using a client led, integrative approach.
In my role as therapist, I fully respect the varied difference and diversity of my clients, and am privileged to be a part of their personal journeys. The building of trust and empathic understanding has been key to our working relationship - specifically with young people aged 12 and above, as my approach connects well with them as unique individuals.
