I have many years of experience working individually with adults as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in NHS, charity and private practice settings. I work with clients wide-ranging issues, from anxiety and depression, through to long standing issues of severe and enduring trauma. I also integrate Energy Psychotherapy methods, a specialised trauma-informed approach into my practice. I work in person from my consulting room in the Lanes in Brighton, and online worldwide.
