I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with a DClinPsy, MSc in Forensic Psychology, and BSc in Psychology with Criminology. I have extensive clinical experience across NHS adult mental health, forensic, and rehabilitation services, alongside experience in private and third-sector settings. As a qualified personal trainer, I also integrate exercise and nutrition into therapy to support well-being.
I specialise in mental health, substance misuse, and physical health issues, with experience in neurodivergence. I take a collaborative approach, using evidence-based therapies to create tailored treatment plans that foster positive change. With compassion and structure, I help clients gain clarity, build coping skills, and work towards meaningful change.
