I work with individuals who find themselves at a challenging point in their lives due to past or present circumstances. Typically I work with people who suffer with relationship difficulties, developmental trauma, bereavement, isolation and loneliness, anxiety and/or depression. My integrative (meaning flexible) approach allows me to consider the range of difficulties that clients may have, so that life’s difficulties can seem more manageable. The work can be short or long-term depending on what issues are to be explored.
I am currently in advanced training, completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. My fee is £55 an hour (concessions are available in certain circumstances).
